Stem Cell Industry needs more discipline?

Read a great advise for leaders in time of uncertainty;

From a book Perseverance, Meg Wheatley brings up a good point. We are  schooled to follow our passion, find the calling of our life’s and do what we love. Then we encounter, set-backs, disappointments, and very subtle impediments. Many people quit. That’s what essential about discipline. You do it day after day, even when it is boring, because you believe ultimately it will lead to a good outcome, against all odds. The fruit of all this effort becomes apparent only after a long time when it seems not to be going anywhere. Work can begin with passion, but it’s only through discipline that people can persevere. Sounds like what all of us are experimenting in the Stem Cell field?
